After using the Gozney Pizza Peel to place fresh pizza inside your oven, the Gozney Turning Peel makes sliding and turning pizza easy to do whilst cooking, reducing the risk of burn or damage from high temperatures.

Incorporating a slimline and circular stainless steel surface, with a weighted handle that can be grasped with both hands, the peel fits easily under a partially cooked dough base, giving the user maximum control over the peel and food in the oven.
